My name is Freda J Kinner. I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker living in Panama City, Florida. Practicing real estate since 1990 I understand the complexity of real estate buying and selling. Serving, both, the residential and commercial real estate markets I list all types of properties any where in Bay County and the surrounding areas, but mostly work as an "Exclusive Buyers Agent". For those people who want to purchase out of the area, I make referrals to just about any where.
