Now that you own a condominium, what are you going to do with all of your free time?

Condo-Entertaining is a great combination! It would only seem fitting to have a condo warming party! Invite your most cherished friends and family over for a memorable occasion. That's just the beginning, you will probably want to share your home with friends and family often.

Perhaps you may need help with the decor, preparing hors d'oeuvres and cocktails along with all the other little details that come with entertaining.

We are going to share some of our specialties and those of our friends. We hope our effort to help you with your condo entertaining will please you.

Entertain at your condo with Freda's Pesto Pasta

12oz Bag of favorite Pasta - 4oz pesto - pint of cherry tomatoes or 1 large - 1 small onion - approximately 4oz cheese a kind you love - 1 lemon, zested and juiced - 1 small pepper a kind you love - salt and pepper to taste.

Cook and rinse pasta - cool, chop up tomatoes, onions, cheese and pepper. Add approximately 1/3 cup fresh pesto to cool pasta and all other ingredients - mix and eat - Enjoy!

Freda's Pesto

Use a small food processor - 1 small bunch of fresh basil, a quarter to a third of a cup of olive oil, 1/3 cup toasted pine nuts, 1/3-1/2 cup of parmasean cheese - salt and pepper to taste. YUM!

It's great on vegetables too.
