I just wanted to drop a line to tell you all how wonderful a realtor Freda Kinner has been to me. I was in my mid-twenties when I met Freda and was looking to buy my first home. Being so young and a first time homebuyer, I was somewhat hesitant and intimidated by the whole idea of investing in real estate. Freda worked with me for three years! She was patient, kind, informative, knowledgeable, communicative, (did I mention patient!), and easygoing. She eased all my fears, answered every question, and worked endlessly to find my son and me our first home. I can't remember how many homes that she showed me those three years, but I'll never forget the day that we walked into "the one"! I have never regretted taking the plunge to buy my own home thanks to Freda's experience and expertise. I know that not all sells can go as smoothly a mine, but Freda really was execptional in making it happen just that way for my family. We've been in our home for eight years now and I wish to thank Freda for being so patient and finding just the right home for us. THANK YOU!!
