The Place on Harrison Avenue

The Place on Harrison Avenue not only has fantastic live music on Fridays and Saturdays, they also offer mouth-watering food. This restaurant/bar is open for lunch/dinner during the week and weekends. I believe they are closed on Sunday. The coolest thing that I like about this restaurant is that they make homemade potato chips to go with their delicious sandwiches. I can't get enough! They also offer homemade sweet potato fries. You just can't find these sides anywhere! My current favorite sandwich is the Tuna BLT...a thin tuna steak grilled to perfection with bacon, lettuce and tomato served with tartar sauce on the side. I went there two days in a row just to have that for lunch!!!! The service was exceptionally quick during their busy lunch hour. Their daily lunch specials are unique, tasty and QUICK. Maybe I'll try a different sandwich next week and report back. However, that Tuna BLT is really hard to beat!
