Ms. Freda has proven, time and again, to be an exceptional and resourceful business person. Can't think of any other person I would rather have in my corner, looking out for my interests and best results. As we say in the military, she has "continuously gone beyond the call of duty".

We first met Freda over 2 years ago. She assisted us in the location and purchase of property at Mill Creek. Our relationship, and its chemestry was immediately evident. So much so that when looking for additional property, we didn't hesitate one second in seeking her out once again. Her assistance the second time was even more impresive than the first. She has worked, and continues to work tirelessly for us in all aspects.

Because we live way down in Homestead, the logistics of our business dealings have been somewhat cumbersome. However, her continuous communications and updates have made our all our transactions so much smoother. Again, due to the distance involved, she didn't once hesitate to go beyond her scope of duties and arrange various inspections and other paperwork matters. She is a marvelous person, and a truly gifted business lady.
