Things to do - Panama City!
The Secret is Out
The things to do in Panama City section of Condominium Planet will provide you with a variety of things to do Panama City during your visit.
Due to the rise in Panama City's popularity, the list is getting longer every day.
Let us show you around - we want to share our wonderful city with you and tell you about things to do here.
It's FUN Living in Panama City
We have a lot of fun here. There's always plenty to do, whether it's a concert, wine tasting, festival, triathalon, Friday Fest, walk on the beach and on and on, there is something for everyone!
Many visitors know that Panama City is more or less split in two. That would be Panama City and Panama City Beach. Separated by a bridge, everyone says they dislike going over the bridge.
That's just a matter of opinion, I guess. ALL visitors should go "over the bridge"; it takes all of 20 minutes or so. There is variety on "both" sides and "both" are experiences that should not be missed!
Be sure to go to the link below to learn about most ALL of the "Happenings" in Panama City, especially the "Historic Districts".

Panama City and Beaches Transformed
I began visiting Panama City in the 60's as many of you did. Back then there wasn't much to do except hang out at the beach or go to Miracle Strip Amusement Park which sadly no longer exists.
The transformation this area has gone through is amazing. Sharing things to do in Panama City and it's beaches, we think, will help to bring in and keep more exciting things to do!
The interest and attendance to the activities here is what will bring in and support more "things to do" in our area!

For the energetic, a fun thing to do is to rent a canoe or Kayak at the Canoe Shop in Historic St Andrews! Go for a ride in St Andrews Bay!
1129 Beck Ave. - 763-2311 - From the beach travel over the Hathaway Bridge heading North East towards Panama City and Hwy 231. After getting over the bridge go approximately 3 miles plus or minus. Look to your right for Beck Ave., turn right and see The Canoe Shop on your right less than a half mile.
If you like fresh water better, Econfina Creek Canoe Livery will be delightful. It has some beautiful crystal clear springs.
763-2311 on Hwy 388 just North of Panama City.
When you buy water at some of the local stores, look at the names. You are sure to find Econfina on one of them!

Fishing At The St Andrews Marina
Relax by doing some pleasure fishing off the St Andrews or Downtown Panama City Marina. It's simple, not far - stay as long as you like - it's free!

Peter RIvera - Panama City Beaches Indian Summer Festival 2007
The photo above is Peter Rivera who played with "Rare Earth"! Words can not describe how good a performer he is. He not only plays the drums, but also sings very well.
We really enjoyed his performance along with a few other "oldies" at the Indian Summer Festival on Panama City Beach, fall of 2007.
The group call themselves the Classic Rock All Stars. We highly reccommend that if you have an opportunity to see them in concert, GO!
Don't worry - your personal information will NOT be shared with anyone!
